This is a story all about how my life got flipped turned upside down….naw, just kidding! I wont dare go into all of that, but I didn’t always dream of owning a Luxury Charcuterie Bar. But, I’ve always had a dream of winning! If someone would have told me at the beginning of 2025 that I would launch a charcuterie business this year I would have laughed so hard and politely said “that’s not what I do”. I’m not kidding, I cant even count how many times I’ve said that over the years. But when I asked God to show me my next, I stumbled across this and fell in Love! Now, I’m a Certified Food Protection Manager, Insured and Licensed by the State of Florida, with all the necessary add-ons needed to start a real business. I call this my “sudden and joyous turn of events”!
